Mia Hikuwai is an Urban Analyst for UACS Consulting Pty Ltd, a research and development focused company specialised in urban planning and engineering consultancy services. Mia is also a PhD candidate at Griffith University with a PhD topic of utilising Artificial Intelligence for Environmental Management issues, including asbestos.
Mia has extensive industry experience in urban analytics and modelling applying her skills to projects for local, state and federal governments, including the Asbestos Safety and Eradication Agency. She continues to bring together industry, academia and government via applied research to help overcome complex environmental management problems.
