Jackii Shepherd is the proud Secretary of FAMANZ. She has a degree in Applied Science (Human Biology), post-graduate qualifications in epidemiology and biostatistics, training in medical laboratory science and regulatory toxicology and is also a full member of ACTRA and the AIOH.
Jackii has worked in the commonwealth and state public service for over 10 years on a range of worker health protection roles and has guided improvements in asbestos management, occupational hygiene and infectious disease policy, health monitoring and the review of the workplace exposure standards.
Jackii is passionate about developing capability in asbestos management and remediation across Australia and the Pacific and nurturing up-and-coming asbestos professionals.
