A founding principal of Australian-based social research consultancy Heartward Strategic, Anne has worked for government, industry and the not for profit sector as a buyer and user of research for three decades.
Anne has a strong track record working on the issue of asbestos and has collaborated both with the Asbestos Safety and Eradication Agency and the NSW Enivronment Protection Authority to inform programs and interventions to improve safety during the generation and disposal of asbestos waste in a residential context. Anne has particular expertise in identifying underlying customer motives and devising practical frameworks and models and was instrumental in developing an asbestos waste journey map.
Anne is also an allied health clinician and applies psychological principles to the design of research tasks and programs.
