Joe Pickin is a director of Blue Environment strategic environmental consultants. He has 25 years’ experience in the waste sector and a PhD on the environmental economics of waste.
Joe was lead author of the National Waste Reports in 2016, 2018 and 2020 and has helped ASEA to collect, collate, model and understand data on asbestos waste over a similar time period.
