Zaman Shamsuz

Zaman is a professional Environmental Engineer and Project Manager at Randwick Council. Growing up in Bangladesh, and taking much from his childhood experiences, Zaman has transformed water recycling practices in Randwick City with many achievements which have gained him notoriety and respect from his peers and key stakeholders.

Zaman holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Charles Stuart University. He also holds a Master’s of Science and Technology in Environmental Science from the University of New South Wales. Water saving along with wastewater and resource recovery projects for which Zaman have been responsible, have also been recognised over many years with 28 water conservation awards.

Recently Zaman won the Louise Petchell Memorial Award for Individual Sustainability for his commitment to water conservation and other environmental initiatives.
