Simon is a Principal Consultant with RiskTech Compliance and has over 30 years’ experience providing consulting advice in asbestos, hazardous materials, occupational hygiene, WHS and environmental management.
Simon has extensive experience managing large scale asbestos/hazardous materials remediation projects, undertaking asbestos exposure assessments for various situations and asbestos verification projects including shipyards in South Korea, delivered nationally accredited asbestos courses and has been an expert witness for a number of asbestos and WHS-related matters.
Simon was a NATA approved signatory for identification of asbestos in bulk samples and asbestos fibre counting for 20 years and is currently a NATA technical assessor for asbestos & hazardous materials survey inspections. Simon has a Degree in Environmental Biology, Graduate Diploma in Safety Science and a Masters in Occupational Hygiene and is currently a licensed asbestos assessor and member of the AIOH, AHCA and EIANZ.
