Dr Dillon has over 25 years’ experience in local government and is currently the CEO of Blue Mountains City Council.
She is delivering significant results in service delivery, strategic financial and asset management, city, community and corporate planning, governance and risk, safety and asbestos management.
She managed the national award-winning Blue Mountains Our Future – The Next 25 Years strategy and has led the focus of the Blue Mountains City Council on integrated planning and the achievement of a more sustainable future for the City of Blue Mountains – socially, economically and environmentally.
